PDS staff works with individuals to reframe and help clients move forward in their lives. Our treatment team focuses on the client and their family’s experiences by respecting their cultural values and beliefs.
PDS staff recognizes that a client’s participation in treatments improves dramatically when supported by peers, friends, and family members who are also invested in the individual’s recovery goals.
It is the policy of the PDS to serve all clients regardless of ability to pay.
PDS offers Basic & Intensive Support Services and transitional services provided through a waiver to fund goods, deposits and moving expenses
SOAR, which stands for SSI/SSDI, Outreach, Access, and Recovery is a program designed to increase access to SSI/SSDI
Provide job search guidance, resume building, cover letter, and mock interviews. Help individuals decide on the most suitable employment.
ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services) provide skill development services to individuals whose mental health symptoms have impacted optimal functioning
This dual service combines the tools of both the Mental Health Assessment and Substance Abuse Assessment is conducted by PDS Mental Health Professional.
Three phases of Housing Stabilization Services that PDS offers: Housing consultation, Housing transition services, and Housing sustaining services.
