Gambling addiction is a serious public health issue — and help is available.
Gambling Disorder is characterized by persistent, recurrent gambling behavior that leads to significant distress or disruption in personal, family, or work life (as defined by DSM-5 criteria).
You may qualify for services through PDS if:
You are a Minnesota resident and 18 years or older
You are currently gambling or at risk of relapse
You are willing to participate in an assessment and weekly sessions
Service is available for both those who have health insurance and those without
Our services are delivered by a Certified Problem Gambling Counselor and tailored to your individual needs:
Complete a comprehensive (Rule 82) Problem Gambling Assessment
Available via telehealth or in-person sessions
One-on-one counseling
Family involvement available upon request
Confidential, respectful, and non-judgmental environment
We support your recovery with clarity, care, and respect.
