At PDS

We offer Basic and Intensive Support Services to help individuals live as independently and comfortably as possible—at home and in the community.

Basic Support Services

Individualized Home Supports (Without Training)
Supervision, guidance, or hands-on help with daily activities—at home or in the community.

Homemaking Services
Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, grocery shopping, simple repairs, transportation help, and more.

Respite Care (In-Home & Out-of-Home)
Short- or long-term temporary care, including overnight stays, giving primary caregivers a break.

Adult Companion Services
Non-medical social support such as community involvement, going to church, shopping, outings, light supervision, and emotional support.

Night Supervision
Overnight monitoring to support safety, daily routines, and independence.

Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS)
For adults 65+. Includes reminders, cues, supervision, health/safety support, and help with daily living tasks.

24-Hour Emergency Assistance
On-call help during urgent situations—immediate support when you need it most.

Intensive Support Services

Individualized Home Supports (With Training / Remote / With Family Training)
Skill-building support for daily living, health, independence, and community involvement—in-person or online.

Supported Living Services (SLS)
Ongoing personalized help with managing everyday life—live more independently with steady support.

Semi-Independent Living Skills (SILS)
Support for individuals who live on their own but need help with budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and social skills.

Pre-Vocational Services
Build general job-readiness skills to prepare for future employment.

Employment Exploration
Discover career options through hands-on experiences like job shadowing, tours, and workplace visits.

Employment Development
One-on-one help finding a job, starting a business, or becoming self-employed.
